Continuous Casting Machine

Continuous casting machine automates the production of polymer matrix for cast polymer manufacturing. Replacing manual mixing with the continuous casting machine can significantly increase productivity, cut material cost and improve quality. This is to increase profits for all leading manufacturers of polymer. The ladle containing qualified liquid steel is hoisted to a ladle rotator of continuous casting machine and then it taps from the base of the receiving ladle to tundish, after that, it drops down into crystallizer to cast into bloom, which are severally straightening and cut to set dimensions and sent to a cooling bed through a roller table. It turns into qualified bloom.

Steel Frame Furnaces combine the strength of a rugged steel frame with the easy accessibility of a frame furnace.

Due to our superior design and technological expertise, Steel Frame Furnaces are more efficient and easier to maintain than competitive furnaces. Steel Frame Furnaces feature rugged construction to minimize distortion during tilting and pouring operations. They are designed with a high freeboard and provide extra space for solid charge materials, enabling its cover (optional) to be easily closed as the charge melts, greatly reducing heat loss. The raised hearth (optional) provides a convenient fulcrum for easy slag and dross removal and also acts as a safety barrier for your workers, helping to shield them from excessive heat when the cover is off. The thick-walled tubing in Steel Frame Furnaces has a larger current-carrying cross section than comparably sized tubing so it offers lower resistance. This allows more energy to go into the melt. Every Steel Frame Furnace is designed for its structural strength with the help of specially developed computer-aided software.

ARC FURNACE

Electric arc furnace

An electric arc furnace (EAF) is a furnace that heats material by means of an electric arc. Industrial arc furnaces range in size from small units of approximately one-tonne capacity (used in foundries for producing cast iron products) up to about 400-tonne units used for secondary steelmaking. Arc furnaces used in research laboratories and by dentists may have a capacity of only a few dozen grams. Industrial electric arc furnace temperatures can reach 1,800 °C (3,300 °F), while laboratory units can exceed 3,000 °C (5,400 °F). In electric arc furnaces, the charged material (the material entered into the furnace for heating, not to be confused with electric charge) is directly exposed to an electric arc, and the current from the furnace terminals passes through the charged material. Arc furnaces differ from induction furnaces, in which the charge is heated instead by eddy currents.

Three types of mills are employed in rolling rods: Open Train, Semi-Continuous and Continuous. The selection of the layout in any case depends upon the tonnage required, the volume of production and the required quality of the finished product and their rolling speeds which reaches 22m/sec. and even higher.

The continuous rod mill consists of Roughing mill train, first intermediate mill train, second intermediate mill train and finishing mill train with D.C. drive.
